Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide, with tracked delivery as standard and faster Priority options if you need it sooner. You can choose your delivery speed at checkout when you add your shipping details.
Duties and taxes
On Priority delivery to every destination, we cover all duties, taxes and import fees upfront (Delivered Duty Paid). Full cost transparency, no surprise bills from the courier, and faster, smoother delivery.
On Standard tracked delivery, duties and taxes are also covered upfront for the USA, Canada, New Zealand, Sweden, Denmark and Norway.
For Standard tracked delivery to the EU, Australia and the Channel Islands, duties, taxes and import fees may be due when your parcel reaches your local customs authority. To have these covered upfront, select Priority at checkout.

Free shipping thresholds apply to Tracked delivery. Priority delivery is charged at the rates above regardless of order value.
Every piece is made to order in Cambridge, England. Standard make time is 10 to 14 days, or around 7 days with Fast Track. Delivery time is on top of that, and your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout.
