About Lucy & Lola
Lucy & Lola creates personalised embroidered products inspired by the pets people love most. Every portrait is designed from the customer's own photo, approved by them with unlimited revisions, then stitched, never printed, in our Cambridge studio and shipped worldwide.
The business was founded in 2021 with a single embroidery machine and a rescue dachshund called Lola, who remains the brand's namesake and least cooperative model. It has since grown to 28 machines and more than 50,000 orders, powered by a team of local young women trained in the studio.
