Can I see the design before it is made?+

Yes, always. You receive a digital proof within about 3 working days and can request unlimited edits before anything is stitched. About 70 per cent of designs are approved with no edits at all, and nothing goes into production until you say so.

What if I only have one photo of their pet, and it is not great?+

Send it anyway. Our team reviews every photo before design work starts, older and imperfect photos often work well, and if yours will not do their pet justice we will say so honestly and help you find or take a better one.

Can the gift be sent straight to them without a receipt?+

Yes. Add a gift note at checkout and we ship directly to the recipient with no receipt in the box. Most of our gift orders come from partners, friends and parents doing exactly this at Christmas.

What do you get someone whose pet died this year?+
