What if it doesn't look like my pet?
You approve a proof before we stitch a single thread. We design it from your photo, their markings, colours and expression, and you can request unlimited edits until it is exactly right. Nothing is made until you love it.
When will it arrive, and can I rush it?
Around 10 to 14 days to design, approve and make, then it is on its way. In a hurry? Add Fast Track above and we will have it ready in about 7 days.
Will I be charged extra customs or duties?
No surprises. On standard tracked delivery to your country, all duties and taxes are included upfront, so you pay exactly what you see here and nothing more on arrival.
What happens after I order?
We will email you every step of the way. If you have not uploaded your photo yet, we will ask for it, then send you a proof to approve before we make anything. You are never left wondering where your order is.
What if I am not happy with it?
Then we remake it free. That is our Happiness Guarantee, love it or we make it right, with no need to post anything back.
