Where are we sending it?
Every piece is made to order in Cambridge, England. Pick your country to see your delivery options, costs and whether duties are covered.
Before it ships
Your piece is designed, approved by you, then embroidered in our Cambridge studio. Standard make time is around 10 to 14 days, or about 7 days with Fast Track. Delivery time is on top of that, and your estimated date is shown at checkout.
What does "duties included" mean?
It means we pay all duties, taxes and import fees upfront for you. The price you see at checkout is the total price. Nothing extra to pay, and no bill from the courier when it arrives.
What if duties are not included?
On some routes, duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs authority when your parcel arrives. If you would rather have everything covered upfront, choose Priority at checkout and there will be nothing to pay on delivery.
