Yes. We design the portrait from your photo and send you a proof. Nothing is stitched until you approve it, with unlimited edits.
How long will it take?
Right now, 2 to 3 weeks from order to doorstep, including your proof and edits. Lead times will be longer after we appear on Dragons' Den on 24 September. Your delivery estimate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I return it?
Personalised items can't be returned for a change of mind, which is why you approve a proof first. You can cancel free before we send your proof, and if the finished piece doesn't match your approved proof we remake it free. This doesn't affect your legal rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, worldwide, with duties and taxes included on every international option so there's nothing to pay on arrival. UK delivery is free over £45.
