Where codes come from

Any code we run comes from the website or from one of our emails. If you have seen a code somewhere else, we cannot confirm it is ours or that it is still live.

Applying a code

Enter it in the discount box at checkout, before you pay. The total will update in front of you so you can see it has worked.

If something is already applied to your basket, a code may not stack on top of it. The basket total is the thing to trust.

If your code will not go through

Please do not keep retrying. Email us at hello@lucyandlolashop.com with:

• The code you are trying to use.
• Where you got it from.
• What the checkout is telling you.

We will look at it properly and come back to you. The same goes if something you expected to be in your basket has not appeared. Tell us before you pay rather than after, because it is far easier to sort at that point.

Codes after you have ordered

If you have already paid, get in touch and we will look at it. We cannot always change an order once it is through, which is why it is worth asking before checkout.
