How far in advance should you order a custom pet portrait gift?
Allow two to three weeks. After you order, an artist hand draws the pet and sends a proof, usually within about three days, and you can request unlimited edits before anything is stitched. Once approved, the piece is embroidered and shipped from our Cambridge studio. If you are inside that window, send a gift card instead, since it arrives by email immediately.
Christmas is the exception worth planning around. December order books fill early, so if you are buying a personalised gift for the 25th, aim to order in November rather than the first week of December.
